• Submit an enquiry form (name, email, phone, message)
• Submit a part-exchange valuation request (vehicle reg, mileage, condition, plus your contact details)
• Contact us by phone or email

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide the service you requested (e.g. a vehicle valuation), and where appropriate to follow up. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in operating the business.

We use cookies that are essential to operate the site (e.g. to remember whether you've accepted analytics). With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can withdraw consent at any time — see our Cookie Policy for details.

We share your personal data only with service providers that help us run the site:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU region)
• Cloudflare — CDN and image storage
• Resend — sending emails on our behalf
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google Analytics — only with your consent

Each of these acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound to use your data only as we instruct. We do not sell your personal data.

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months in case you re-engage with us. Vehicle purchase records are kept for 6 years to comply with HMRC and consumer-rights requirements. After these periods we securely delete the data.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data (where we don't have a legal obligation to keep it)
• Object to processing or ask us to restrict it
