This website is operated by Select Car Traders (“we”, “us”), based at 2 White Hart Road, Slough SL1 2SF. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Every vehicle on this site has been inspected and HPI checked at the time of listing. Vehicle descriptions, photographs, and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge but should be verified in person before purchase. Mileage and MOT details are sourced from DVLA at the time the listing is created.

A vehicle's status (available, reserved, sold) updates as quickly as we can manage. We can't guarantee a car shown as “available” is still unsold at the moment you view the page.

Where we accept a deposit to reserve a vehicle, the deposit is taken via Stripe and is non-refundable except where required by law (for example, where the vehicle materially differs from the description or we are unable to deliver it). Full terms appear at the point of payment.

Reserving a vehicle does not constitute a sale. The full purchase contract is concluded only when the balance is paid and the vehicle handed over.

We display indicative finance figures using a representative APR. The actual rate, monthly payment, and total payable depend on your personal circumstances and the lender's decision and will be confirmed in writing before you sign any agreement. Online valuations are guides based on the information you provide. The final offer is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle and may be revised if the condition or specification differs from what was described.

Cars are sold with a 3-month warranty as standard, with longer extensions available. Full warranty terms are provided at point of sale. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which we do not seek to limit.

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape data at scale, interfere with the site's operation, or upload anything malicious. We may suspend access to anyone misusing the site.

The Select Car Traders name, logo, photographs, and original written content on this site are our property or licensed to us. You may not reuse them without our written permission. The vehicle make and model names that appear are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

We try to keep the site accurate and available but we don't guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
